This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) applies to all information that the focused.uz platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”) may obtain about a User during their use of the website.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Use of the Platform constitutes the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and to the conditions for processing their personal information set out herein.
1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, the User must refrain from using the services of the Platform.
1.3. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. Identification of the User in connection with the use of the Platform.
3.2. Provision of access to personalized content and to the User’s Personal Account.
3.3. Establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests relating to the use of the Platform, and distributing news about course updates.
3.4. Ensuring security and preventing fraud.
4. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING AND TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is preserved.
4.2. The Platform is entitled to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties only in the following cases:
- the User has expressed consent to such actions;
- the transfer is necessary for the provision of a service (for example, transfer of data to a payment system to complete a transaction);
- the transfer is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (upon request of law enforcement agencies or a court).
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Platform takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or distribution.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User undertakes to: provide accurate information about personal data and update it in the event of changes.
6.2. The Platform undertakes to: use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy and to keep confidential information in secrecy.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The Platform has the right to make amendments to this Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website focused.uz.
7.2. The current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this Policy and to the relations between the User and the Platform.
